This is exactly where I am right now and it is incredibly frustrating. I can't seem to get it. Any tips? Other than time?

Unfortunately persistence and time in the pattern are the only things you can do. I had logged over 300 landings by the time I did my flight test. I tried all kinds of tricks that they show in various videos and books but nothing helped. Once I trusted that the center of the runway was actually well left of where I thought it was I started to nail the center line. The other advice I kept getting from my CFI was to keep adjusting until I actually landed. Students have a tendency to lock on to a position and maintain it until landing (even though we are not centered). As for timing of the flare, the best advice I got was to not think of the flare so mechanically. I gradually developed an eye (peripheral) for my height off the ground (relative to different runway widths). To this day, if I know I am landing at a wide runway I adjust my expectations. Good luck. You will figure it out. We all did.

How much are you trimming before you land?

Trimmed for landing (for descent). This is a pretty old video (in terms of my flying skill). Now I can land but this was a frustrating time in the learning process where timing of the flair was elusive (as was centering on the runway).
