The Siberian is the new evolution of the musician Man. I have never heard such insane setbacks and rarely seen such mind-blowing speed.
I think everyone has said it all in the comments…. El is another league; I’ve been watching his career for some time now and it’s still borderline majestic. Effortless. So enjoyable and uplifting for the soul👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I've watched this reaction several times. Seeing your face go from an ear to ear smile....to a straight face making sure he's sticking those side stick rolls is awesome.
He is the real deal. Most drummers who put out videos hit it from several camera angles. Or in other words ...they do it in several takes. Not this man. One camera angle...one take. He's so much fun to watch and learn from.

Me too...I've been following El Estepario for some months now & I'm totally blown away everytime I watch him. He is a true Master @ his game, lets just say he's the Messi, Ronaldo & Pele of Drums !!

I want to give my thought about this guy. I am afraid that nobody will admit that he Is the best drummer "Ever!!!" on this Planet. Not even Mike Portnoy has his technique😱
Mike Portnoy is not a highly technical drummer, there are many out there better in that regard. Estapario is great at what he does, would like to see more variety beyond fast sextuplet fills...

@ach31337 As a drummer of over 35 years who has seen it all, seen them all, heard them all and played them all, I would like to see one drummer, ANYONE, come light years close to being capable of playing what we just saw here. It doesn't matter ach...Don't be so jealously naive. Of course he can play anything anyone else can. He proves that in every video. Look past the speed, see and here his technique and the feel he puts into everything he plays. He purposely embellishes and exaggerates each song because he can, effortlessly.
At 2:00, those were SINGLES! Saying he's so fast is an understatement. His timing is so perfect too. Right on the beat exactly. When he plays the same thing with both hands and the drum strikes sounds like one strike, then you've obviously been practicing hundreds or thousands of hours. Minimal very efficient movements too.

Something about the 'out of the box' way he plays this song make me understand why he wants to work with some jazz musicians in a band. Wonderful take on the song and I love when he snaps out a bit of humor in-between his lighting riffs by doing an air bass beat with his elbow.
He is the final proof to the common saying, 'practice makes perfect '.
Yeah, he is ridiculous. I just discovered him recently and I can’t get enough. He is pretty funny. His hands are quick. I would like to see him on a big drum set. But, he always plays with the minimum pieces for some reason.
i think its so you can see whats going on. if he was behind a giant prog rock kit with gongs and whatnot youd just see a head poking out like a meerkat
When he recorded this song he was still using a Yamaha EAD-10 to record. It clips to the top of the kick. Because of the proximity of the toms, he didn't like the sound. So because he's a complete mad man, he tossed his toms and moved on. Anyone else would have spend weeks trying to fix it. He has a video discussing the whole thing.

The man is a machine
Not only is his playing so good but he seems to be a person free of past head injuries and nerve damage. He is doing what I tried to do but since I started getting concussions since little little league baseball (and 4 more since then) I developed a stammer in my playing. Love watching him. He is right up there with Wakerman and Bozzio
If I were not so old I would watch his practice videos and try to beat the stammer out of myself.

I absolutely despise reaction video's....normally.....I know of this drummer for some 3 days now.....and I can't get enough of the guys playing......
And for some reason I need to see my inner feelings mirrored on screen, and see the "being totally in awe" on the faces of professional drummers and producers.....the first time I like the reaction video's on something.....the guy is absolutely brilliant.

First encountered him on tiktok bout 4 mos ago. Blessed and talented man. Impressive. 💯✌
Don't make that comment directly on any of his videos, lol! He posted an angry rant video a while back, he feels insulted when someone says hes blessed, talented or gifted, as if it is a gift he was given. He said he worked incredibly hard for many years and had to make many sacrifices to develop the skills he has today, it wasn't handed to him. He also said that when skilled people in any craft are labeled talented, gifted or blessed, its discouraging to people wanting to learn and excel, and sends a message that you either have it or you don't, when in reality they can achieve anything they want if they want it bad enough and are willing to put in the hard work, time and sacrifice it takes to get there. He also said when you feel you have gotten there, you haven't, you've just given up your aspiration. It was a very inspiring and motivating lecture.
