That is also the problem that I have with all African stupid leaders. They can not solve the problems in Africa, but they are always running to other countries to solve the problems that they would eventually not be able to solve. It’s actually very simple, Haiti was forced at gunpoint to pay reparations for their independence by France and the US and have never financially recovered, which means they’ve had no ability to invest in infrastructure to recover from natural disasters or civil unrest.
