Phoenix Rising Off Ride Footage - Busch Gardens Tampa Media Day

Phoenix Rising is Busch Gardens Tampas fourth coaster from Bolliger and Mabillard, and their first in almost 20 years since 2005. The family inverted coaster replaces a handful of rides in Pantopia, including three children rides, the Sand Serpent wild mouse coaster, and the inverting ship Phoenix where this coaster draws its namesake. This is B&M’s third family inverted coaster, and their first with a custom layout after two installations in China. Phoenix rising features new restraints with a new lap bar debuting on this and Penguin Trek down I4 at SeaWorld Orlando, but also features on board audio and lights under the train. The ride runs one train, and has a light story around four different Phoenix’s representing different regions, who have unique animations that trigger when the coaster dispatches and soars past the entrance. A lot of rides removed for one ride, but it's a pretty coaster for the area.
Wish they could figure out how to design it to avoid the nets over the paths
