I’ve been gluten free for over 20 years as I have an anaphylactic allergic reaction to all gluten. I break out in hives head to toes and my daughter throws up. At 64 I just started noticing arthritis in my hands. I am going to work on doing everything I can to allow my body to be as healthy as I can be 🙏
Thank you for sharing your expertise! I throughly enjoy your videos. Its very refreshing to find someone on social media who truly cares about others. ❤❤
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching my videos!
My doctor recommended to take Vit. D3 -10,000iu per day to lessen the pain and also to boost immune system, with K2.The job of K2 is to prevent calcified of calcium into the bone or joints
Did your doctor tell you that vitamin D is a hormone? Did he mention that it needs to be taken with food, preferably with good fats like olive or avodado oil, avocados, nuts & seeds maybe even a a little quality cheese? I don't know if this is proven, but many also recommend taking vitamin D in the morning.

When you supplements fish oil make sure you select with high in DHA and EPA is a good choice and from wild fish to prevent mercury toxicity
What you recommend?
Thank you so much dear Dr
Always welcome
I have RA, sjogrens syndrome, vasculitis, coeliac disease, fatty liver (my darling mother passed away from this, and her sister). High blood pressure.
i crave cheese, my mouth drools so much I can't sleep and have to find an all night store. I take calcium and 5,000 of vit d, but still am osteopenia. Ironically sat fats make my Ra worse, its a vicious circle. On methotrexate, arava and have developed a balance problem and double vision so bad people think I'm drunk. Ive had to stop driving, my rheumatologist said she doesn't know what's going on, but saw your post on SS affecting the brain, I'm shocked.
Discuss that with your rheumatologist. Thank you for watching
Keto will fox all of this. You CAN reverse fatty liver disease, but if not you can develope cirrhosis even though you may not consume alcohol.
B1 b6 b12 in one capsule
Has helped me with my balance

I would like to join your 30 days without medication even though I'm see a RA doctor for the last 7 months
Sure! www.myarthritiswellness.com/ Thank you!
You haven't mentioned milk or honey .......does this mean that they should not be consumed? I find that I am totally unable to eat chicken as I suffer severe pain afterwards however I am able to consume red meat without having any pain afterwards......it is most confusing as all healthy diets recommend chicken and discourage use of red meat. I was diagnosed with. Primary sjorgrens in 1998.
I understand, there is a lot of debate about milk, but yogurt is phenomenal
Honey is ok in moderate quantity
Thank you
@@melenelewis2955 of course
I'm not saying do this or don't do this...just you may find...
I found out that I can eat organic, air chilled chicken occasionally and organic grass fed beef VERY occasionally. I experimented with trying these versions of meat both when I was feeling well and when I was not...and repeating several times. Perhaps these types of experiments could help you navigate through all the many suggestions out there. And, for me, most important is to not listen to random non-professionals and to check the source of information. People representing large companies with a heavy profit agenda, or people spouting "facts" while trying to sell a product - forget it! People like Dr Girnita, YES!
@@LoveMusic-pd5iz thank you so so much! Your words means so much for me!!!
I have RA for almost 1year 😌I took medicine Methotrexate and pain reliever celecoxib but still pain (it’s hurt😌😢😢)
Change your diet to a meat based diet.
@@nancy9478 YES YES YES YES. ALL ailments will be gone. Inflammation is caused by almost every other food.
Follow Dr Garnita, not random strangers with random suggestions...
Just eat fresh fruits and veggies and nuts and seeds and berries and melons and lentils and read Dr Michael Greger's book How Not to Die and watch Dominion and Earthlings and Forks Over Knives and Cowspiracy.

Afgan from afganistan🙂
yes but a lot of these foods are bad for diabetics
Thank you!
Yes that is true!
I stopped eating grains, sugar, plants. Greens, beets have oxolates that cause inflamation. I was eating a low fat, heavy plant based diet and had a fatty liver, prediabetes, chronic hives and my joints were swollen and sore. Carnivore has stopped that and my doc said my markers look good. I take vitamin d, methotrexate and plaquenil but I have not used the methotrexate for 3 weeks because I had a cold. Why pay for a meal plan that is going to keep you hurting. Look up carnivore docs and see how easy it is.

Hey Nancy does plaquenil makes your skin grow dark !? Please respond!?
Cereal is not good for you, even whole grain. Stopped watching after that.
