It certainly is the Jewel Of Europe..... where my beloved Grandmother Domenica Paolucci was born......!!!! I am just unhappy I was born in Montreal Canada instead of Italy....... but my ROOTS are there intact..... and have been there 3 times to visit this gorgeous country...... that I can call HOME........BELLISSIMA ITALIA.......may God keep you SAFE ALWAYS......!!!! During my 30 Years at sea I have been in most nain ports of Italy but we never stayed long enuogh to discover all the beauties on shore.You show me now all
the beauties wich I never had a chance to visit. I would also say it is the the most beautiful country. To day I live in am other beautiful Country Canada Montreal

all these beauties are contained in a relatively small territory, and they are close to each other. this is one of the reasons why Italy is beautiful. you will rarely find in italy, areas empty of culture.

OMG, Italy is my huge love❤ I was there in 2019, I've visited 3 cities - Rome, Firenze and Bologna and I completely fall in love with this amazing country. I adore everything - it's special vibe, architecture, food, people, language, even smell of Italy! Talking of language - I even decided to learn Italian. I hope I'll start doing it next year. And I also hope to visit Italy one more time. Send big love from Russia❤
You need to visit the Southern parts and enjoy the simple kind and generous people there. It's the best food in all of the country in my opinion. Reggio is at the very toe if the boot, surf sourounded on 3 sides by the sea, Sicily is seen easily, and it's a nice short trip to go over and see it.

@@dariaalekseeva7252 YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! The foods are Spicer and hotter, but the people are friendlier than the touristy parts of Italy, and the views will have you clicking all day, and smooching all night!
Love the country, the people, the architecture, their churches, castles, their food, and so much more. If you visit once, you most likely will return. Many will tour Rome, Florence, Milan, Venice, and just keep going year after year. There is just too much to see!
A less-known fact about Italy is that it has a free wine fountain! In the small town of Caldari di Ortona, in the Abruzzo region, a fountain dispenses red wine 24/7. The fountain was created by a local vineyard in collaboration with a non-profit organization. It's free for everyone taking the Cammino di San Tommaso pilgrimage. Italy is wonderful, for nature (it have everything: sea, sun, mountains, snow, lakes, verdant hills, really everything), and also for an unparalleled cultural and historical heritage; that said though, in a video dedicated to an amazing country, it's right to remember (even if we humans forget it) that beauty is everywhere, in some places more, in others less, but still everywhere. 🍺

A suggestion to people planning to visit Italy: if you have the opportunity please don't limit your experience to Rome, Florence and Venice. For example Siena and Lucca are not very far from Florence and I'm sure you won't regret the detour.

Therefore I concluded that it's impossible to remember all the beauties of Italy. Hard to accept, because it's my country.

Purtroppo i turisti preferiscono per lo più Roma, Firenze e Venezia ignorando le infinite bellezze di cui sono ricchi anche molte altre città e paesi anche piccoli.
In the 70ies I had the luck to spend several months as a guest of the family of my pen pal in the wonderful city of Verona. The first time I went to visit these charming persons I was surprised by the fact that the locals spoke a dialect in such a big city, but with time I learned some expressions and vocabulary. I am French, my pen-pal came several times in my family in the city of Saint-Étienne and in the countryside near the city of Le Puy-en-Velay. He enjoyed very much France and our cuisine, as I did for italian pasta and gelati... 😋 I studied Italian at the university for some years, but I specialized in Arabic language and litterature. But I still enjoy reading in Italian. Recently I read Il Deserto dei Tartari by Dino Buzzati, which I found amazing.

Well, Sicily for example has a completely different climate than living in alps, so it depends where you are when it comes to how cold it gets in Italy.

Il costo della vita cambia molto tra le regioni e dai luoghi dove si sceglie di vivere. Nel paese siciliano dove sono nato la temperatura invernale non scende mai sotto i 10 gradi.
