Can you do a video of a day in the life of Sid Warrier? - I want to know a realistic daily plan of keeping yourself mentally and physically healthy. There's a lot of content online but all that seems to be too idealistic to follow and hence would appreciate if you can post a video about that.
Sir you use scientific terminologies so easily by explaining in simplar way, really appreciate 🙏

Respected Sir, thankyou so much for your efforts of sharing knowledge to make our lives healthy by spreading awareness. And thankyou for providing us the formula to cheat 😆 your "Dopamine" 😂.
I cheat my dopamine a lot❤
How?
How to stop coffee without feeling sleeping?
Which formula?
@@rutujapalkar4329 it's a long process but easy process.
Very dedicatedly start this thing, you have to remind your mind nhi Pini jab b craving ho....ek step piche hath jao aise regular 21 days krlo habit ht jaigi. Also try to wake up early in the morning between 5-6 am. Just drink 1 or 1.5 glass full of water , water reduces this craving thing ..we Indian kids have this habit of drinking bed tea ....so substitute that with 1.5 glass of water....this 100% help you to decrease the craving.
Once your water habit becomes daily routine you won't feel any kind of yawning, craving, low energetic, low BP ..no nothing.
I swear this much will help a lot!
❤️
Thank you for this
Thank you sir ❤
Hello Sid, could you please make more videos on binge eating - the neuroscience of it, how to overcome it, why does it feel so difficult to overcome it (and if there is some neuroscience behind this too). Thank you.
The last intake of any kind of food other than water has to end at 7pm, beyond that time frame, we r not supposed to eat anything, except water, till the next day morning 11am, this reduces the bad bacteria in our gut, which in turn reduces our cravings for binge eating
I love your quality content which you deliver ❤❤
Please suggest some good brand of green tea which to be consumed.
Please keep this coming more and more ❤️ this is pure gold guys 👍🏻

What is the correct way of fasting ? What should be duration of fasting and out first meal after fasting?
Hey Sid
Please want to know if CBD oil is better than Anti depressants for anxiety, stress and headaches? I have consulted both psychiatrist and BAMS/BHMS ayurveda. Just confused myself.
It would be very very helpful for me to take the next step forward.
Thank you
Awesome video
Need a in depth video on fasting. There is many confusion about fasting.
Like how to start?
Which day should be the best, working or non working day?
Intermittent fasting is daily implimentable or not? How does it work.
Eat for 8 hours (in intervals of course) and fast for 16 hours. Initially, if you are struggling, aim to fast for at least 14 hours. For instance, you have your breakfast at 10.30 am, followed by Lunch at around 1.00 pm and then dinner at 6.30 pm. You will eat nothing between 6.30 pm and 10.30 am which makes up for 16 hours. However, as previously suggested, if you are struggling with this time-frame, start with a 14 hour fasting routine and gradually move up to 16 hours.
A question: which is more beneficial calorie deficit diet or intermittent fasting for the brain and body health??
Bro make video about amegdela in brain btw love and intrested in your work❤
