Here in Brazil we had a state-owned company that was created to manufacture aeronautical engines during the Second World War, but it became popular in the manufacture of trucks, its name was FNM Fábrica Nacional de Motores(National Engines Factory)

Here in Mexico there is also another truck & bus manufacturer called DINA (Diesel Nacional), established in 1951. Their most recent models are the D700 and the D900, but its most famous models are the 800, 861 and the 9400.
Another mexican truck manufacturer is Grupo Industrial Ramirez (originally called Trailers de Monterrey S.A.), founded in 1946 and whose most famous model is the R22. The company also manufactured pickups, vans and buses.

BMC is not Bozankaya, it's Bornova Motor Company.
Bozankaya is another Turkish company, which manufactures buses and trams.
VW Trucks is a leader in medium-sized trucks of 29 tons, making excellent trucks for up to 80 tons that operate in Brazil, with up to 520 HP. 16-speed ZF16TX automatic transmission.
I wish the Meteor operated in Central America/North America Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Panama etc Mexico has the Constellation and the Delivery are operating there and the other following countries I mentioned but Mexico has alot of newer truck brands coming in from China.

Sinotruck is a joint-venture between CNHTC and MAN.
Dongfeng CV is a JV of DF Motor and AB Volvo.
Foton is a JV of BAIC and Daimler.
SAIC Hongyan is a JV of SAIC and Iveco.
Shacman bought their prototypes and know-how from Steyr.
Most of the Chinese trucks are either face-lift European trucks made by JV, or obsolete models of Actros/FH

And tbh is logic they licensed the designs, the chinese internal market is ultra-protectionistic, the chinese companies get good desgins and the euro companies get partners for joint ventures in the markets in both the truck and bus markets
And many of these chinese companies ended up taking markets where the euro companies are almost inexistent

Well, the Chinese manufacturers account for a large percentage of world truck production so that is no surprise. There are a huge number of truck manufacturers in China, far more than even shown in this video.
You forget to mention other Chinese brands like Dayun Motor and C&C Trucks. Sany and XCMG also sale trucks. There are more than 11 brands with annual sales of more than 10k in China.
Why don´t they sell them in Europe? I have at least newer seen any of them in any European country.
@@fortune300 You need to get all necessary certification to sell any automobile(car or truck) in Europe, and that costs a hell lot. Likewise, those European trucks running in China need to get GB certification to hit the road

Hi ford do not compete american truck market because of service and maintenance places also rivial have big marketshare ford workings differently from others companies they have partner in the a llot countries and making the specific vehicle for the each market in the end this result bankrupt for the ford new ceo reduce model and improve same parts for the vehicle during this process otoson company's which haved 50% by ford main commercial vehicle production company for Europe have big success in the mine and construction vehicles making a decisions for the this truck for market needing yes it not be designed by ford usa but another trucks not be either designed for in the usa because in the turkey and india you will found engineer less salary
In terms of volume these countries sell the most the Chinese, Japanese, Europeans and Indian trucks and Idk why Americans don’t export there trucks

@@yagzthe 100% means everything, including electrical components and instrumentation, air brake system, tyres, etc. With regard to the use of Turkey instead of Türkiye, perhaps to advise BMC that they are still using references to Turkey on their website?
