Полированные пасты видел только белую, коричневую и зелёную а вот синею вижу впервые. Орех конечно на высоте, моё любимое дерево 👍

Nice project. What is the compound put on the two sides?

I love a good leather strop. You just want to make sure your leather grain isn’t parallel with the edge of your blade.

@@oneshotpete6.591 No, the leather is used with both (different) sides. You can see it clearly when the glue is applied 2:53

@@-fazik-3713 i understand what your saying , but weather the leather is placed on open grained side or smoother side is merely a matter of preference, when loading said strop with compound .. it’s for that reason i commented it’s the same leather ( simply turned over )

@@oneshotpete6.591 When I strop on my leather belt I always start on the "rough" leather side and finish on the smooth side. There is a difference for which Gurvinder asked.

@@-fazik-3713 if both sides are equally loaded with compound ( as done in video ) can you please enlighten me , as to what the difference is when stropping .. other than , open grained side , (do to it’s more porous texture hold more compound )

@@oneshotpete6.591 This was not the posters question at all. Nothing about the compound.
