I appreciate anyone that gives Larry the attention he deserves.
God bless you!
Appreciate you watching and sharing your insight on Larry!
I was Larry's guitar player from 1999-2002 and on occasion from 2003-2006. He was the most wonderful person outside of my wife that I've ever met. Such a genius and a sweet soul. Thank you for bringing attention to his music.
That is so awesome to hear! Super appreciate you sharing and watching Ken!
I have a very extensive Larry collection - my faves include Right Here In America, Shot Down, Six O'Clock News, NIghtmare #71, Elvis Has Left The Building, Baroquen Spirits, Six Sixty Six and more
He is so good! Thanks for sharing those Paul I will check out the ones I haven't heard. Appreciate it!
Larry & People knocked the Doors "Light My Fire" out of #1 with "I Love You"
oh wow that is a great bit of info there!
Larry Norman, Barry Mcguire, Randy Stonehill, Andre Crouch, 2nd Chapter of Acts, Keith Green. Loved them in the 70's and still do till this day.
Larry was certainly a gifted singer/song writer and could have been much more popular had he gone full tilt rock & roll.
There was another, not so great side to him that was documented in a DVD. But then, who is without sin?
Yes a few of those mentioned could have been much more famous had they gone mainstream. And very true about sin and the answer as we both know is no one! Thanks Jack!
Excellent list Äsmund. Song here I wasn’t familiar with. The most recent list I submitted includes Norman’s “The Outlaw”… didn’t know your list was already there. Go figure. Looking forward to part 2.

I figured you would like this one, Merry Christmas to you and yours Scott!
I'm pretty sure that
I Hope I'll See You in Heaven
first came out on
Come As A Child"
Best version!
Will check it out. Thanks!
I think I would have to agree that 'Stranded In Babylon" is right up there as a greatest album. Hard to choose.
Always hard to choose when an artist has so many great ones!
Strong Love Strange Peace complements Shot Down from In Another Land
Thanks for Watching!
One of The forerunners of the Jesus rock movement back in the heyday
Yep quite possibly the 1st.
Really nice top ten. Better get your fireplace blazing, Shawn. It's going to be a cold one!
haha freezing JL AND our water to our house froze and is still frozen, pray they don't burst!
Second might be "Something New Under the Son"
I will check them both out, appreciate it!
Oh now it's making sense there was a band in Auckland new zealand THE LARRY NORMAN'S in the nineties no internet google shit half of us didn't have a color tv so if you didn't know you didn't know and now i do 👍 I'm pretty sure they got told to change the name of their band or there will be trouble citizens
haha that is crazy that someone named their band after him!
that Sabbatini guy made the character assassination flick "Fallen Angel" did he not?
not sure
Sabatini is a horrible human and a coward. Tells lies and half truths about a man who can no longer defend himself. Fallen Angel is a smear job. I was part of a documentary called Friends Of Larry. Watch it on CZcams for the truth.
"Why Don't You Look into Jesus" is said to be inspired by Janis Joplin, who Larry knew.
Great tidbit there. Thanks!
"Why Don't You Look Into Jesus", is about Janis Joplin
ok thanks for the insight!
