IMO: "Tubero" represents the repressed emotions (such as: rage, dismay, exhaustion, etc.) of hardy and enduring Filipinos, who traverses hell on the daily.
Their lyrics come off as vulgar and simplistic, but if you try to imagine who the song/lyrics are for; the jeering makes sense.
