Dear friends, I am very touched by all of the kind things you said about me and I am so glad you all appreciate the Busy people” necklace. The minute I saw the frame she bought for it and showed the picture the idea was born. The place I have my porcelain and pottery fired is very behind and very slow. I did not delay her wedding gift while waiting for the necklace to be completed. Karen knew I was making something for her and it finally got fired just about when the necklace was completed. I always thought “the mommy” wrote in the words. I am so thankful Karen is so happy over such small gifts. She appreciates whatever people do for her and U tube is so fortunate to have her on board!! I am not a reseller. I just love hanging out with Karen and I love it when she says “I’m taking you with me”. Thanks guys for all of the nice comments. The love behind this special gift will continue to be felt for years to come,back in 1983 I was expecting with twins and my friends Mom and sister brought me much needed groceries,it's been 40 years and every November I still remember that kind deed and it still makes me cry.

Thanks for making this video, Karen. I did comment on your prior video that this practice translates to false advertising, but what I should have also highlighted is the fact that this is illegal, actionable in court, and comes with very steep penalties and punishments. Again, seeing this done by Goodwill and other thrift stores is outrageous and should not be without consequence.

@@lisareynolds2707she is saying if Goodwill posts or advertises 2 dollar Tuesday but then they pull all those items before buyers have a chance to buy them, it is false advertising and illegal.
@@lisareynolds2707Did you watch Karen’s previous video? She noted that on $2 sale days, Goodwill pulls the items prior to letting anyone purchase them. In this video. it was other resellers, but in her last video, it was Goodwill employees. My Goodwill does it every week- pulls the sale items off the floor before you have a chance to buy them. I no longer shop at Goodwill for this very reason. It is incredibly deceptive.

I work at a small thrift store. Supports 3 different missions. We pull colors on sat. Morn; after one month . The stock is then placed on opposite side of store-- in DOLLAR section. BIG HIT!! GREAT SALES!! The public LOVES and LOOKS for these deals!!❤
Thanks everyone! The GoPro chest mounted is a LOT more work than hand held 💜 over half of the videos footage had to be cut ( bad angle, etc) in the editing process! But I will keep trying!

Hello Karen, your suggestion of pulling $2 clothing and putting on their own rack is an excellent idea! I ran into this very situation while visiting family in Florida! Habit for Humanity pulled clothing - one last chance on a 50c rack. You know these items are headed for the landfill! I feel the final discounted rack is a win win situation for all 👍

Hey, that’s a good idea! If Goodwill pulled it and put it in a certain spot, kind of like a clearance section. That’s brilliant and then they can just haul it off at the end of the day.
I love that you left the 1st "ending" in - you spend much of you time and effort into giving us wonderful, positive content to watch - the double ending made me smile - life is not about being perfect - it's about how we represent God - you could tell you were asking Lisa to not add that ending and you did it so quietly and gracefully - I'm so glad it stayed in - it allowed us to see you more "naturally" - I hope folks remember we're all real people and need to be treated respectfully - pay no attention to the negativity - be you and shine His light! ❤️

The best thing about your "Go Pro" chest mount is that the sound is consistent. The angle of the camera is fine. Both the angle and the sound is soooooo much better. When you're using your phone or what ever the sound fades in and out and changes so much that I can't adjust the sound bar on my pc because as soon as I adjust, you move your hand and the sound fades in and out.
You so up beat and positive and smile people need that as you know some people are so negative but you and roger turn that around god bless both of you

Fiambres (tray) means cold cuts (Salami, ham, smoked turkey, etc). Our Lady of Guadalupe item is a container used to hold Holy Water. The cat ceramic item is a towel holder, too fragile in my opinion. The camera worked just fine, better than holding it with one hand, I always wonder if your arm hurts by end of the day. When I purchase clothes ( including sweaters and coats) for myself, I will pay full price, so getting two items, “ that I will wear” is worth it, because I’m still saving, compared to the box stores, for less then $20.00.
