Thanks Dr Randy I wish I had seen this video before my last treatment in August end and the transfer on 23/9/19 which fail again. We went for the follow up appointment and our Dr suggest another treatment straight away, but my husband refuse him and said we need to know the cause of the failure before another treatment that when he recommend ERA but we are taking a break for now. Hi Dr. Morris, is there always a reason for an ivf fail? If the embryo is euploid and the lining is good, should I worry after one fail FET and push my dr to do further testing (ERA? Immune system?) or just move to the next transfer? Thank you,

Sir ,I and my wife had 3 ivf cycles,I love my wife very much,she has endometriosis stage 3,so doc told me to remove her tubes,and we did concur, we thawed all eggs from agonist cycle and 2 antogonist cycles ,we got only 1 blastocyst and two compacted morullas,the blastocyst grading was 4 ab it didn't implant cause tubes were not removed at that transfer and had blocked tubes swollen ,the next transfer were done done after removing both the tubes,we did transfer 2 good compacted morullas,now how to maintain to maintain progesterone levels if she conceives, and her last hysteroscopy showed some endometriotitis also minimal,what to do how to conceive her ,shes the love of my life!!

Hi Dr. Randy, I had 2 normal natural conception in the past. A year ago Had embolization due to multiple fibroids and had 2 failed ivf a year after embolization. I am 49 years old. Can you please advise?

What are the options when you checked the womb, and tested the embryos, and everything seems ok, yet no pregnancy. I’ve had several natural pregnancies that didn’t develop despite hormonal support but I seem unable to absorb a five day old embryo. What are my options? I need suggestions. Thank you!

Had six 4aa blastocyst and two -3aa.Though my lining was btwn 8-10 in all the cycle and i had 1 healthy 10 yr old baby. After that 7 missedabrtion after seeing the heart beat. What are other potential causes for repeated early miscarriage when known factors are accounted for. Genetically normal embryos, hysteroscopy before FET uterine cavity determined to be normal. What could be other factors. Would the hysteroscopy rule out endometritis?
I failed two transfer of two pgs normal 4AA blasts.

Can you talk about embryo adoption.
Some people said that after transfer we cannot exercise or move much for first few weeks is this true? Is there any evidence on the effects of bedrest or exercise after transfer?
I cant seem to find any embryo grading videos on your page. My two embryos are graded 3BC. I was reading on dr. Google that the grading is very poor. What are mt chances? My fresh transfer with a 3BB worked and is currently crawling around my living room. Diagnoses was DOR.
Embryo grading is extremely subjective. Studies which have multiple embryologists look at the same embryo have found a lot of variability in these grades. They are of limited usefulness in predicting pregnnacy
My embroy is grade 1 blastocyst and et is 9.5 mm after that my IVF failed can u tell me the reason behind this my doctor said he is not clearly not seen my uterus at tym of embroy transfer it is only one reason for my IVF failure or another what can I do for my 2nd IVF success
How thick should the uterine lining be for implantation? I've heard between 7 & 8 is good and many ppl have much higher than 8. Is 6 bad? If the patient had a lining of around 6.5 at the last monitoring appt, would you keep them on estrace for a couple more days before starting PIO to see if it would thicken a little more? I've read that once you start PIO the lining doesn't get thicker; it just changes, compacts.
Minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 is good

Hi your videos are pretty informative for patients like me .....I am 38 now I had 2 bad experience of ivf one failed cycle and one with negative result after transfer ....my ovaries responded late and despite having 3.2 AMH number of eggs retrieved were only 5 in second ivf cycle...3 were formed embryos and my Dr transfered all 3 which resulted in no pregnancy....plzzz suggest me what to do next ...I m so hopeless and confused should I try again

I have watched your recent video on ERA as well. And I know, now a days you don't recommend ERA. In spite of all these, Dr. Morris can you please tell me whether ERA outcome Pre-receptive by 13 Hrs is significant shift or not? @@InfertilityTV Thanks Dr. Morris for replying. Another advice after ERA, we came accross is LIT therapy. But in your another video, you have turned down NK cells wrong perception. So what should be the next step if LIT is kept aside? I mean what is left that we can consider before next ET. PGS +ERA already done this time before ET. (Our history is four implantation failure in spite of PGS tested good quality embryos (5D blastocyst) and good uterus condition like thickness etc before FET done in past )
I was a surrogate successfully in 2020 and now i have failed two transfers. I haven't done anything different this time and all my testing was fine. I'm 39 years old. Does my age have anything to do with being unsuccessful? Would anyone reading this try a third time? TIA
My RE did not do any checking after the first failed transfer. I suggested to do an ERA, which he hesitantly did because he only did it after 2 failed transfers. That's a lot of money for a guessing game. Unfortunately, the 2nd round failed and we're out of embryos. My RE doesn't seem to be too enthusiastic either using my eggs, he'd rather use DE. What to do next?
I would change doctors. I was in similar situation - told I would never have biological eggs and almost gave up. Tried a Holy Mary with a new doctor - scans, HSG and tests-ended up with 11 eggs. 4 embryos. Pray and never give up. Get a doctor who listens to you.
How to get more follicle and good egg quality . Any suggest.

In the lab at IVF (my lab) a number greater than 5 is considered positive

The era test is usually performed using a small biopsy catheter. This will not damage the uterine lining. No follow-up evaluation is necessary

Got pregnant after a frozen embryo transfer ,miscarried at 6 weeks had a D&C done and genetic testing was done on the tissue .. healthy male no abnormalities. Genetic testing was done on myself only thing found was low protein S also no uterine fibroids or uterine abnormalities. Helppppppp ☹️
Protein S Deficiency has been associated with a greater risk for miscarriage
