kind of a nice video... I like what I see about this particular oven, looks like a really quality pizza oven, obviously it gets scorching hot which is a great thing to know when doing pizza, it's nice to know that it could get that hot. If for some reason it is needed,.... at least you're not limited when it comes to heat, let's see if we can do a pizza in the oven and see how it comes out ? P.S. I'm wondering about the cast-iron pan... Did you get so hot that, you burned off the seasoning,.... ? If that did not occur, Could you.. Tell us what type of oil you used to season that pan, because it's been my experience that about at 500°, Most oils will burn off the cast-iron... It would still be informative to know what type of oil you used for seasoning, That cast-iron pan. Other than that, great video. :-)
Come on Man !!! this dude needs my help. waiting on my Alfresco Oven to get here
haha
Bro you hammered that thing. All that bitter burnt butter on the outside is not a good thing.
Ha it was either press on, or cancel the video. Sometimes things don’t go as planned

Pizza oven - $6,449.00. Plastic fork - 3 cents. Watching you trying to eat with it - priceless.

For that kind of money they should be making them from 316L stainless not 304.

Ok who cooks a thin ribeye
That steak needs to be 1-1/2” min thick 2” best bet to get good crust on it and still be medium rare
