We are developing a mini campaign set inside a dark and corrupted swamp. Follow our development as we flesh out a diverse and eclectic biosystem made up of a wide range of races, factions, biomes and creatures all with their own storylines that weave a greater tale as the adventurers push ever deeper.
The adventure will be compatible with most fantasy role playing games and table top adventures! - Zábava

Looks like you set this up as a hex crawl. Please reference what is considered to be the best 3rd partyhex Crawl of all time: the Dark of Hot Springs Island. They had a really unique format and method for time and movement.

I love the idea of the system you described, giving players the ability to measure and choose whether they're motivated enough to push on, or whether they need to tactically retreat to less hostile environments, it has a wonderful yo-yo direction that's always trying to balance adventure/heroism with self interest and survival
You've put it very well! I think Ive set it up for some interesting party dialogue, where the swamp gets tougher the further you push in, but the rewards in terms of gold/chance to do good also increase. In the playtests its been really cool to see the tension build as the characters start to take a battering and eventually say "Guys, we need to turn back".
Wow! Loving the new artwork, Lina! Nice map too! The premise of dealing deeper and having a harder recovery is awesome! I also really like the generation of different locations in the swamp. WintersEdge is such a rich location. I can't wait to learn more. Currently enjoying A Night Out! Thanks for sharing the creation process with us, Matt.

Yeah, the Ghost Elves are really unique and have a very cool way of adapting to swamp life, I really like the angle of a swamp druid too and how they want to deal with the corruption and get back to a nice overall swampiness@@heathsmith4864
