The heart must not be hurt, hence all must follow the seven golden points lucidly told by Dr. Saleem Ahmad Viz 1 exercise.
2 no to smoking.
3 chocolate consumption in moderate quantity.
4 no over eating.
5 diet which enhance metabolism.
6 avoid fatty food.
7. Maximum vegetables and salad.
The last two points are added by me.
