I use my 300 dollar Artist 13.3, I have a handful of sketchbooks, but most of my art is done on printer paper
I make my sketchbooks and use my tablet to trace over what I draw on paper. Seeing the drawings come to life is so satisfying

as soon as I saw all of the sketchbooks I immediatly subbed. You've clearly spent so much time on art and all of your drawings are amazing!
*Importance of keeping sketchbooks*
1. Compilation of thoughts, ideas, sketches or even artwork
2. Think of it as a menu- like I Paint basic background ideas in my sketchbook (not complete artwork) but if I was to paint a complete painting and I’m not sure on what sky to paint I would look at that page and choose one as if it’s a menu and I’m going to choose what to eat 😂
3. It’s meant to be crappy- it’s a place where you can just do challenges like blindfold drawing or no thumbs
4. Buying sketchbooks are usually cheaper than a bunch of loose paper

I've watched "The Tale Teller" at least twice, and each time I love it even more. It's so amazing, and it tells a story- no pun intended- and the story has a moral, and it's just amazing.

I finished a sketch book. It took 3 years... not because I don't draw a lot, but because I have the same problem practically every artist has. I'm extremely disorganized.
I've finished 2 sketchbooks. Used to never finish them...changed that quite easily.
i have 2 sketch books that are full, with maybe 3 blank pages, my mom didn't want to buy me a new one :(
I feel like I'm the only one with a bunch of completed sketchbooks because my brain won't allow me to have blank pages, otherwise I'll get really anxious if I see a blank page in the middle of my sketchbook 😂

That's a journey. I've still got some of my old sketchbooks and even older drawings. It's fun to look back on where I was at 20 years ago with my art.

Omg I knew I’d seen Jazza somewhere before and when he mentioned that ABC show my mind just clicked. I remember seeing his show and even trying to do one of his cartoon art challenges when I was younger. wow 😂

The tale teller was and still is one of my all time favorite animations I've ever seen
Love the videos and genuine personality glimpses more often now as your channel has evolved.
But going back on the art/learning/creating aspect of the channel I think it would be amazing for all of us to view AND for you as an ever-evolving artist to revisit some of those ‘tutorials’. But in a different way, just video yourself doing how you do it now (no audio, no pressure, just draw, and don’t even watch the old tutorial) then play a side by side of the old tutorial and you doing it now and talk about the difference in technique, comfort, what you’ve learned, the whys of what you’re doing differently etc. I think that would be fascinating and I feel like would be easy enough but definitely interesting enough for you to have that experiment.
