I feel folklore is engraved in our daily life, one way or another. Knowing about traditional stories, folktales and myth helps us better undertand the present and gives us means to overcome hardship

Folklore and stories are one of the most beautiful ways to describe history, tradition and belief systems. Stories and any type of writing in general, are also an amazing avenue which allows the mind to comprehend ( and come to terms with) the ever-changing world around us.

I am an elf lover, maybe more so obsessed with these creatures. *giggles* I adore stories because everyone can create their own interpretations out of folk tales, myths and share them with their communities. Stories bring us together in ways that are hard to duplicate. From old to young we all know most of the same old tales regardless of background. I enjoy learning new ones and sharing them with my kids and passing it all on down the line. I hope we never stop telling tales.

@@ailenalma Tolkien related topics would be great. Maybe delving into literature in order to analyze their traditional influences. Sometimes slavic folklore is forsaken for other more mainstream tales, so exploring that field would also be great 😁
