What guy that has a pawn shop and a coin/precious metal business is being HONEST? This gentlemen surely is not. He is getting 22% in fees from E BAY and still claiming "low" profits of 12$ or spot!

at 17:00 This man is a pinnacle of true wisdom, a man who is quick on his feet, decisive, and fair. I love how he said he is making 7-8 bucks over gold, and that's true but he paid a couple of bucks under which is awesome and fair, love this guy !

Honesty is Gold in my opinion, and this chap is the real deal. His passion is my obsession!!! All coin dealers need to take a hard look in the mirror & if they are true patrons of this hobby & community, they will see an image of COIN GUY staring them straight in the face!!

I deeply loved both of my grandpa’s but this man makes me wish he was one of them. My last one died in 2011. I would really cherish any time with this great man.

This guy is really reasonably pricing his premiums. The shops in my neighborhood are charging $40 / gold melt price for a quarter ounce.
Always a good time when the coin Guy is on. I really appreciate his enthusiasm and knowledge. His passion for the hobby is infectious. He's got me wanting to go out and collect some love tokens. Thanks for the video and have good one.

Halfway through the video and this is an incredible job filming and editing. Love that you cut out dead air time of him grabbing boxes and other small things and just cut to it being shown while he’s talking. You also managed to keep the flow of the video going seamlessly which was great.

SpegTacular, thanks for this. I am an over the road trucker and learned about this guy from your first video. I stopped by his shop last month and traded a bank box of searched quarters for constitutional silver at 13x face. He now has another life long customer. Great series of videos.

For anyone who is new to this, you may want to visit local coin shops and coin shows to get your questions answered...knowledge is key. There is a good sized coin and precious metal shop in Toledo, Oh...the owner there shares his knowledge and experiences as well during metals demand.

My coin shop is always sooo helpful. They know what I stack for and since I am new at this, many times they would explain and keep me on track. I was buying some junk silver, I had this stack of older walking liberty's, all slicks, dip stick. So he gave me some help and an education. They keep me on track. Great shop

This is the greatest coin guy on the internet, tells it exactly like it is, if I am ever near his shop I will go out of my way to make it to his place.
I drove down to a car show and knew I would be around his shop. I can really say that he is one of the nicest and knowledgeable coin people I have every talked to. I suggested that he should team up with you
(SpegTacular). Need to mention that he has all types of different items to buy. My wife got a nice set of Emerald ear rings. He doesn't mind trading too. But know he has a brick and mortar shop and has to make a profit. A really cool guy that if you keep your mouth closed he will teach you more than you can learn reading .

This man reminds me of a cross between Archie Bunker and Clint Eastwood. Smart man..He could seperate the manure from the fertile soil of Congress...I might just pencil him in for presidential candidate this upcoming election. I love when you interview the Coin Guy. There's not a large difference in age between he and myself but there is a huge amount of difference in experience, with coins between he and myself. I'm able to benefit from his experience and knowledge.

See that is the one thing I didn't like. The 1/2 ounce was like over 100% premium right? I mean the grey book is spot on, pun intended, but that is CRAZY premium. It probably because of the huge drop in Platinum price. I might have misunderstood.
Yeah I would only pay spot +100/oz max on my APE. I bought a bunch last year cheap on sale at spot+50 ofc spot was under 800 back then.
It is. He has it on ebay still. The 'Buy It Now' is $3750 which is crazy. He is accepting offers however.
