BMW F30 3 Series mirror indicator scrolling replacement/fix

- My 328i's wing mirror indicator lamps had been getting quite dim and one of them was failing intermittently, but didn't give a warning light on the dash. Replaced them with cheap but great-looking scrolling LEDs.
