Perhaps his electric power comes mainly from that hand, and he puts armor on that arm only to protect the most important "weapon"? And the power from his right side could easily affect his right eye.

Jolteon is my favorite too! When I was twelve I played this minecraft mod for Pokémon which my friend introduced me to. He and I played on this server and I was clueless as to what the names of each Pokémon were. When I found an Eevee I instantly fell in love with it at first. But then when my friend said I could evolve my Eevee I didn't hesitate since I wanted to have a stronger Pokémon. So I got Jolteon and was super happy at how badass he looked. He reminded me of my dog.
So ye just wanted to share this sentimental moment lmao.

this custom just keeps growing and growing on me every time i see it. i love how much like a jrpg character he looks and he has tons of personality. i see him as this overconfident tough guy who comes across as kind of a tool but is a super caring big brother to little eevee. its really fun and i love it so much. you did a great job!
