Thank you for this I need to know how work the control panel on my refrigerator and I needed to change my water filter. This came in handy.
I read in the manual that if you lower the temperature in the freezer, it helps make the ice faster when it's during the summer weather. I'm going to try that because our ice production has slowed way down right when our temperatures are 100 degrees or higher outside, making it warmer in the house and we are using more ice.
I couldn't figure out how to set the Temps. I watched you. Figured it out. Thanx

I'm wondering how to make that display show the current temp setting so you know exactly what the fridge and freezer are currently at? Have you had any experience with this? Same exact control panel for mine.

Can you adjust the water temperature coming out of the dispenser?
I have a Kitchenaid with the same controls. The water temp seems a little warm coming out of the dispenser.

Is there a sound setting for the open door notification?
The open door notification beeps when the door is open for a prolonged duration of time. However the audio beep is kind of a low series of beeping. It would be nice to up the sound.

I'm looking for a way to change the actual size of the ice cubes. I'm getting big blocks of ice and it jams up the ice maker.
My limit switch needs adjustment ? When I fill a glass with ice or water it always spills some shuts off way to late ? Mine has a single lever for ice and water.
I have model WRV986FDEM01 drawer for meats is separate drawer that has its own electronic settings; I had it on cooling off while cleaning after done turned back on but drawer options didn’t work? Any idea?

I had same problem. After doing same..replacing filters..removing filters..water down to a trickle..I called a repair person.. A pump had to be replaced. There is a part that can break down. It instantly fixed the problem!

With the cooling off button can you also use it to defrost the lines? My water dispenser isn’t pushing out enough water it’s like 2 oz for every 8 oz please let me know 😄

It’s been awhile since your question, but to help anyway- after 2 minutes, it will go into ‘sleep’ mode and the lights will turn off. Touch any choice and it will wake it up. You can touch ice but no ice will come out, it will just wake it up.

The only setting is cubes or crushed ice, that I'm aware of.
What if you press the ice and light together? I did and had no idea what it does

Our refrigerator does not have a door display. The temperature is displayed on top of the inside of the refrigerator. There are numbers from 1-7. Our new refrigerator won’t cool lower then 50 degrees. Freezer is 42 and has melted everything. We don’t know if 7 is a higher or lower temperature.
