I'm new to resin printing and have been watching a ton of videos, this is by far my favorite one I've watched this far. The info is very concise and I didn't have to sit for 20 minutes to understand it! haha
Thank you
Valid, proven principles, straightforward and clear presentation, great video, as usual! These methods absolutely work and give optimal results for almost all of what people want to print - even if someone is printing 'specialist' parts, the principles are still valid and fundamental and needed to be kept in mind.
Dennys Wang, you're doing a great service to anyone who wants to succeed and improve their MSLA LCD 3D resin printing, thanks for the efforts and excellent quality videos!
Thank you
excellent video, thank you very much!! saved the shortcut in my "important stuff" folder! 🙂

you sir deserve more views great video😊
Amazing!
great info thanks, makes total sense
Great info! Didn't know about FEP drying in straight printing
Yep, that is why the most common haze marks on fep are support marks.
@@wangdennysWould increasing the "Rest time after lift" parameter reduce the drying of the FEP during straight printing?
@@briannewman6216 it could, but if the print time is very long because the object is very tall, it wont do any good. better raise exposure imo from my experience.
Amazing help as always, I'm still greatful for your help with my mighty 8k last year. Its almost as if I'm sat waiting for your next video incase there's something I've missed that you've picked up on.
Thank you
thanks Dennys
thanks!
wow! thank you
Welcome
give me more tips !!!!! lol
LOL
can you make video to understands the manual supports please?
You can watch my live support rerun videos and all other support related videos.
@@wangdennys OMG u had LIVE!!! i didnt saw them, THNX!
how do you reduce the 'melted' look on the side of the print angled towards the build plate?
hello I am trying to print by using chitu box the print fail in a way it printing but not coming on plate. (object stick in resin tank). I am using prozen mighty 8K. Thank you in advance to help me
You are quite the expert. What would you suggest for the settings on chitubox. I am aware exposure times depend 100% on the resin and the eapecific working conditions.
But what about the other settings like lift and retraction speed, lights off after retraction, lift distance, transition layers. Could you share your particular preferences on those settings please? I know some are focused to extend the lifespan of the screen and others the overall printing time.
I would really appreciate your wisdom if you talk about those subjects please
Yes i will be getting there.
@@wangdennys thank you for the quick reply. Is it a soon to happen thing or just planned for the future but not developed yet?
Planned, but not yet develop
@@wangdennys I appreciate your honesty. Still looking forward to it. I like the cientific approach you take on your reviews. Based on facts and using actual tools to measure variables. Helps a lot to the credibility and expertise of your insights
@@davidc3150 thank you for your kind words
Discord link doesn't work for me, can anyone confirm?
Yeah sorry, the link expire after sometime.
Here is the new link
I've had an issue on my Anycubic Mono X where your exposure test has supports that are really short and looks 'compressed' like you showed in the video. I've re-leveled the build plate but it hasn't helped. Kind of out of ideas.
relevel with extra papers, like 3-5 too add thickness and reduce compression
@@wangdennys Thanks, I'll give it a go. Is this a regular that happens with some printers?
Yes, happen to all printer without people realizing.
@@wangdennys Do you think I could re-level my Mono 4k with 3 pieces of paper? It is smaller than the mono X.
I would normally say these are unnecessary tips, but lately, we have had so many newcomers who don't bother looking into things as basic as how to level, much less that you need to. Hopefully, people will take these very basic guidelines and extrapolate them to printing best practices. Here's hoping you get more attention on your channel and those folk take you seriously, as opposed to the average new user asking for and ignoring advice.
Yep, we have the same thing in mind
Is your thumb ok?
Barely
LOL.
