Stuff like this reminds you Bo Katan used to be a member of the Death Watch.
Not only was I sad that there was no space battle but they kill off there fleet for no reason
Also the imperial base could have been reused
They were winning the ground battle but threw away a base and a command cruiser for what? Make it make sense 😭
Axe Woves sabotaged Bo Katan, it was an inside job!
Why would they do that? Just wait a few weeks she’ll do it herself
I would agree with this video, except for one factor not mentioned personal as valuable as the ship would be to the Mandalorian fleet I do not think it’s realistically possible for them to be able to have enough personal building settlements and maintain a ship of that scale which is probably why they were so willing to sacrifice it
While I usually agree with Templin, I think this is wrong. First off they couldn't just have the capital ship flee it was still in atmo and thus inside a gravity field, it likely didn't have time to escape. Second, given that the ship appears to only have heavy guns that are near useless at targeting fighters, it's doubtful they could have successfully defended the ship from the bombers even if they tried to hold it.
Plus they have made a habit of stealing ships. We only saw the light cruiser go down, they still have the Gozantis and smaller ships. Also bear in mind, this is the fleet of only two clans. Now that they've won Mandalore, they can put the call out to gather all the scattered clans and many of them will have ships of their own. With the forge repaired they can now start rebuilding other infrastructure including a place to start building more ships (Probably Gauntlets and Fangs to start with)
With the size of the fleet and having around 30 fang fighters they could have easily defended against the tie interceptors and bombers. It was a blunder having the whole fleet in atmosphere so close to storm clouds obstructing vision when communications from the ground are impossible
Considering they could’ve just flown down to the base using their jet packs, which we know they can do, why didn’t they fly down that way? By doing that they could’ve left their fighter/transports in orbit to protect the cruiser. Once the space battle was won they could move the cruiser over the base to provide support via precision turbolaser strikes. That way they not only maximize the capabilities of their forces without needless losses, but are able to seize a valuable military base.
By the way, I didn’t think of all this after watching the episode, I thought of it a few minutes after it started.
Fang Fighters and Gauntlets have strong dogfighting capabilities. If they'd fought the Imperial squadrons, they could have had the same result against the Imperial base, through a sub orbital bombardment.
She put all her points into ground forces
A big ooof for the newly rebuilt Mandalorian Government to be sure.
What I found infuriating about the fleet was that they brought the whole fleet in orbit of Mandalor at once. In my opinion most of the ships including the Arquintins should have been either in reserve or protecting Nevarro the only place in the Galaxy where they are welcome.
I would argue only one imperial was Lazer focused on Mandalor, so there is that.
AND THEY SACRIFICE THE ARQUETENS!!!
Nah, that ship kinda had to die. It represents the old way of living and made way for a new life rebuilding Mandalore.
Also, they had no way of communicating so they could not really come up with an optimal plan. They knew that ship was disposable and committed all their forces to the ground (their actual goal) rather than risk the entire operation and ground teams for a single old ship. It's not as though they are defenseless, a single gauntlet was shown to wreck a pirate corvette and they've got a fleet of those.
Dude, spoiler tags, this shit came out like a day or 2 ago
Boom 💥
2:39 "Warped"? You may have made a valid point, but I'm afraid this mistake immediately invalidates your opinion./s
I disagree. We do not know if they could have made it out of the gravitywell of the Planet in time. It was a act fast situation.
We btw dont know what happened with the Tie`s and the Gonzati. Both are not seen after the fighting was over and there is not much that could have defeated them.

Bad writing just bad writing
Um I need to tell you something. Their culture is not their worst enemy your opinion is your worst enemy in your channel because these have 67 views dude.😂 What's gonna mention that you can always have not that many views in your release New. Videos This was the best plan and it worked out and the Imperial remnants. Reforces have a completed numbers. Getting requested reinforcements. I don't know how much the other remnant forces manpower have left and equipment.😅😂
