You and I apparently are living in different realities! If you haven't noticed, Amazon's on-line help support is effectively gone... and their Help Bot is an embarrassment at best. Late last year, I needed help in transitioning some previous Amazon Music purchases to my new iPhone. I was dazzled by the response time and effectiveness of the individuals who responded. My sense is that perhaps they were folk at Asian call centers. Now with a good share of the world on lock down, I'm guessing that those centers are closed and that Amazon's help center folk do not have the tech in their homes to work from home - perhaps a case of the shoemaker's children having no shoes. Unless help is soon restored, it will eventually undermine repeat/follow-on business. I, for one, have decided to forego additional music purchases until I can get my last purchase fixed.

How can you place your worth to be greater...than the United States Military...which. ..is....more American than a citizen taking national security for granted....you can be the most smartest and most educated...but...once you cross the line and shun the most important thing that most take for granted...which is our veterans....once you cross that disrespectful line....all your educated performance means nothing.....the military represents the flag...citizens only live under that flag....and to call yourself American and put down the military .. that it needs to have less funding....just shows that a disgraced people ....same as you ....need to be placed on a black list......don't call yourself a real American.. .cuz your not ....
