The food processor making life in the kitchen hella soft!
Chapati Ingredients
For the dough
2 cup of chapati flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsps ghee / oil of choice
1/2 - 3/4 cup hot water
After resting 30 minutes
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
3 - 4 tbsp of melted butter, ghee or chapati oil of choice
After resting for 1 hour
All purpose flour for dusting the surface
4-5 tbsp of oil to brush on the chapati while cooking
