- As the last papermill within the town closes alot of cargo contianers where getting shipped in by road and i wanted to see why, The place ran 24/7 and only close for 1 week over christmas and new year but now closed for ever. So many people lost there job and many blame the board who where in charge of the company. So please give a moment of your time and remember the many many years it served in the local town.

Hello, I worked there at the demolition of the whole production line of paper. I was responsible for shipping. All machines went to Indonesia where he will gain a new life. I heard that because of the lower costs of production. Glenrothes is a great place. I will always remember the warmth of Scotland and around fife

Jobs there were only ever for people who knew people who worked there. The jobs were never advertised or open to other residents of Glenrothes, like most workplaces in Glenrothes, even the jobcentre never tells people where there is work available in. these factories and workhouses where nobody gets to know what is done in them or how to get a job doing whatever they do inside.
I thought that place burned down? The boy it did it is doing 5 years I think sorry it burned down after this I think
