Excellent video. I’ve wanted to compare the two for years. Thanks for making this happen!
Loved the video. I especially liked that you scrolled through the menu to give us a look at the prices w/o having to go to their websites.
Love the video. I cannot wait me and my family are visiting Las Vegas June 9th through the 14th 2024 and I made a reservation for Hell's kitchen 3 months in advance I am so excited.
Thank You guys great video
Great video as always. By the way, Gordon Ramsay Pub at Caesars has a 3 course dinner with onion soup or caesar salad, beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. There's also an optional wine pairing. I forget the price, but it was relatively affordable and excellent.
anytime I have anything with beets and someone asks me how's the beet salad? I say beets me. lol
My husband and I had the exact same table on our first visit to HK last month! Best table in the house, and the best meal of our lives 😍
What was up with that lady in blue staring when you were trying the dessert? 😆 Lady, mind ya’ business!
My wife and I had the sticky toffee pudding at the Savoy Grill in London a few months ago and it was amazing!
Congrats on 25k subscribers!
🎉 Thank you so much! You’re awesome!
Good morning happy Easter to the both of you. Great job on the video I love in Connecticut and we have a Hell’s Kitchen at Foxwoods casino and taking my wife to dinner next weekend will
Let you know the pricing and food from there
Great video! Heading to Vegas in three weeks.
Have a blast and thanks for watching!
I have long wanted to go to Hell’s kitchen but heard it’s almost impossible to get in. Thanks for doing this video and clarifying that I actually could make a reservation a couple months out or even sit at the bar. The food looked fantastic!❤️✈️
Hells kitchen for me was a cattle call, an assembly line....nothing was fresh, everything was batch cooked, nothing was hot....they just shuffle people through as quickly as possible.....quantity over quality there.....
Did you write a complaint to Gordon Ramsay or their team about your bad experiences?
We can see that possibly being the case, however our experience was great. Thanks for watching.
100% agree. I've eaten at most of the celebrity chef places in Vegas and his was by far the worst. Overpriced, food quality was sub-par and uninspired. So many other places to spend high end dollars on for a nice meal.
We've visited both. I actually was several seats from your table judging by the light fixtures. We felt very satisfied with both visits.
Enjoy these but have a different opinion with Ramsey Burger
We had the exact same type of reaction to the STP. Literally couldn't believe a dessert could be that good. Also had the same skepticism toward the restaurant because of the celebrity chef aspect. Needless to say, we've been back there several times. When we can get reservations, which has been tougher lately.
Hey guys ! Ok so in general not big on the celebrity chef restaurants. I had a horrible experience at Hells Kitchen and even worse at Gordon Ramsay Pub where my fish and chips was cold and greasy and bad service . I did have an excellent dinner last May at Gordon Ramsay steak at Paris . The lamb chops were fantastic and the service was amazing. For me since only one outta three was good I will steer clear of his restaurants in the future . Glad you had a good experience. 😎😎😎
We went to HK two nights in a row, two weeks ago. That’s how good it is!
We haven't been to Hell's Kitchen yet but we tried Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen last September and really enjoyed it! I dream about that spiced pear cocktail - so good! And you got Autumn as your server. She is one of our favorite servers from back in Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill days =)
Hey Jordan, where ya get that blue paisley shirt? Want one.
Only seen Jordan smile twice, and both times involved sticky toffee pudding LOL.
Jordan, or Ashden i just made reservations for a trip to Atlantic City in June. Can't wait to try out your good/bad for my first time eating at a celebrity restaurant. For the record I am ordering the beef wellington and sticky toffee pudding. Can't speak for my wife but will let you guys know.
Gordon’s sticky toffee pudding is no joke. I remember when I tried it for the first time at Hells Kitchen and I couldn’t believe how good it was. It was genuinely one of the top 5 desserts I’ve ever had.
In Las Vegas, I expect restaurant meals to run expensive. I don’t have a problem with celebrity restaurants unless the food is mediocre, just like any other restaurant. The big problem with Gordon Ramsay restaurants overall is the atmosphere you are surrounded by. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and design of his Harrah’s restaurant, I would try the Beef Wellington there. Even the Paris restaurant, probably the fanciest and most expensive of the bunch, has an unbearable noise level.
I would rather go to his Burger or Fish and Chips places and order the food to go. If I wanted the atmosphere at Hell’s Kitchen I would go to the nearest Applebees, T.G.I. Fridays or Chili’s at 1/4th the cost. 😂
I understand that at Paris you can now mobile order from many of the restaurants, including the ones from Gordon Ramsay and Martha Stewart. Might be nice to stay there and try that to see if the food holds up.
Whooooooooooooaaa I've been to both places I live here in Crazzy Vegas Baby!!
Haven't been to either of these, but I greatly enjoyed Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris.
I really want to try Hell's Kitchen, but scared I'll miss my own reservation especially if I book it months in advanced. Do you have any videos on the best Italian places? Italian is my favorite, so I'll double check your channel for that.
I personally don't go to the celebrity restaurants for regular full on dinner. Things are expensive enough there, that unless Gordon Ramsey is going to cook for me, I am not super interested. I'll have a drink in the bar at a vanderpump though hahaha
I have said the exact same thing…
Thing is, Hell’s Kitchen is no more expensive than any other “nice” restaurant on the strip.
@ShowMeVegas I do agree after you guys showed the menu, it isn't any worse than many others. I guess maybe it's also the forethought needed for some of these. For example, I don't love any restaurant or chef enough to make a reso 2 months in advance. If I'm prompted by a group I'm with, sure. But these aren't my style usually
Great video! Awesome music too!
Random question for Jordan, but I remember on another video you mentioned you've never had a hangover in Vegas. What's your secret? I've tried EVERYTHING- pre, during, post. Nothing works.☺️
Take two aspirin before going out. Have two in your pocket and take during your time out. Have a glass of water with three aspirin at your bedside before you pass out and drink all the water. Worked for me.
@davidj7516 as I get older, the more fearful I grow of "hydrating" before passing out and wetting the bed. 😆 🙈
Have you tried not drinking too much?
@dgpatter this Always works as I only drink 2-3 times per month at first, and only a couple glasses of red wine. It's just that once or twice every few months that I will drink more and it always gets me.
@@figurinechamp6881 oh no, I’ve had plenty of Vegas hangovers, I’ve just never thrown up in Vegas. Big difference!
We do, however, pack those liquid IV packets and add those to our morning bottles of water. They’re a difference maker!
I absolute love Hells Kitchen. I like to book a table for lunch there instead of dinner. Service always seems to be better and certainly quicker. You cannot beat the Wellington and the sticky toffee desert!
If you like the sticky toffee pudding, then you absolutely need to try the Eton Mess at Ramsay’s Kitchen
Loved Hells Kitchen in Vegas- the Hells Kitchen in Caesar’s Atlantic City was awesome too
As a huge Gordon fan, absolutely loved this video! What’s your favorite Vegas restaurant? Is it a celebrity chef inspired place? Curious if the fame always equates to high quality food.
We are huge fans of Carbone at Aria, the Golden Steer, and Barry’s Downtown Prime. Generally speaking, the celebrity chef’s name usually only makes the food more expensive but not better tasting. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the Ramsay restaurant comparison. I'm a huge fan but never hit one of his restaurants... looks like Hell's Kitchen is the winner. The Beef Welly looked amazing!
Hell's Kitchen for sure! We've also heard good things about Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars, but we've never eaten there. Thanks for watching!
It's-Good To Know-Almost-All The Restaurants-Has A HAMMMERED CUTLERY SETS!@Las Vegas!-Raymond "Mike" Hong!&(I Have-A Set Of HAMMERED CUTLERYS-Too!-Mike!)😎👍!!!!!!!!!
9:40 Glad to see that the gratuity guide excluded local taxes. Too many restaurants include this tax in tip calculation.
My only rule in Vegas for the past ten years is "if I have seen the chef on TV, don't go there".
It is not worth the premium you pay. Plus they tend to have stupid haircuts.
The prices at Hell’s Kitchen aren’t any higher than any other non-celebrities restaurant on the strip. We’ve eaten at a lot of them. Thanks for watching!
@@ShowMeVegas probably but still the haircuts. Thanks for replying!
Respectfully, how’d you get her?
You were served up a softball with that toffee pudding and completely whiffed.
We agree 100%. We preferred Hell’s Kitchen over Ramsay’s Kitchen. We tried the Beef Wellington at both and it was so much better at Hell’s Kitchen. Hell’s Kitchen is louder but service was better and food was so much better.
I have never been interested in the celebrity chef hype train, just corporate Ceaser's restaurants with Ramsey's name on it.
Curious how much actual input or control he or any celebrity for that matter has over the menu and quality/ methods of cooking,
15:15 😂😂😂😂
Oh Ashden.... you are better than ANY sticky toffee pudding! Lol
Now I want to go back to Vegas. For that much money I rather go to the buffet at Caesars or Bellagio
Yes, Hell's Kitchen really is *that good*! I know that many celebrity chef restaurants up and down the Strip tend to go heavy on the gimmicks, but IMHO Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace really does serve great grub. That sticky toffee pudding really is out of this world, and I can't think of any bad dish on their menu.
I haven't yet tried the Gordon Ramsay restaurant at Harrah's, so I won't say anything about that joint. I'll just say that a few celebrity chef restaurants (like Hell's Kitchen) really do live up to the hype, but others continue to get away with overcharging diners for mediocre food because they're named after someone who had a show on Food Network or some other channel.
Uh oh... I know what was on her mind...at 5 minutes of the video... LOL Then again at 15:15 with the innuendo, let's keep it family friendly!!!
Now I know where recycled shower curtains go…..Jordan’s shirt.
Where you been that has shower curtains in that pattern? Must be a funky place…
Im usually spot on w/you guys but not on Hells. It’s a noisy cafeteria T shirt shop selling good food. Not even a top 20 Vegas restaurant to me. Next time you stay at Aria again try the Wellington at Bardot Brassiere, it’s better. (Better at Delilahs as well).
If Ramsey has a best restaurant in Vegas it’s Ramsey Steak.
But yes the Sticky toffee rocks. Just stop and get it inside Caesars at his pub next time 👍
To be fair, we didn’t label it a top 20 restaurant. We just said we were happy with the experience!
Although I can't comprehend why CET has to have a GR venue in every property, i will concede that some of their menu items look tasty. But the major reason for avoiding Hells Kitchen is the noise. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a meal I don't want to feel like I'm eating it in Grand Central Station! Too many of Ramseys sites are way too noisy for the food & prices.
An excellent take. We lucked out and got a window table near the corner of the restaurant, so the ambiance was nice. BUT, most GR restaurants are high volume - both in terms of the number of people served, and the literal audio volume of the restaurant. Thanks for watching!
I've been to Pub and Grill (Caesars) and to Ramsey's Kitchen (Harrah's). The biggest disappointment is that the menus are the same!
The menus are very, VERY similar for sure. He needs to learn to cook some new dishes, or invent some of his own! Thanks for watching!
Thank you for your time and posting. IMO, if you really love Chef Ramsey's shows, then, not the food, but the experience is worth it. If you don't watch him, it's another overpriced restaurant and as someone said, Hell's is a cattle-call atmosphere. I'm glad you don't eat on camera. Comparing your fork and knife size to the Wellington, I'd say that was a 3 oz. piece of filet for $72. At Ramsey's Kitchen, that cabernet disappeared pretty fast. :) Add TWO small scallops for $25? :o Three pieces (not legs) of King Crab for $65. IMO, that is just outragous. Thank you again for your time.
The Wellington at HK was at least a 6 oz. cut. The prices at Ramsay’s Kitchen were indeed ridiculous. Thanks for watching!
i had your pre fixed menu jordan at the pub in ceasars and unlike you i was not a fan at all i had french onion soup, beef wellington and sticky toffee pud maybe i had higher expectations after watching so many youtubers having it but i came away saying id never have any of them items again i much prefer his burgers at PH,im probably an exception to a lot of people saying this but each to their own i guess
We thought the Wellington and the Sticky Toffee Pudding at Hell’s Kitchen were outstanding and the price was on par with everything else at Caesars Palace.
We also very much enjoyed the burgers at PH the one time we ate there.
Thanks as always for watching!
Take that sticky toffee back to the room and think of creative ways to share it!
🫣
Just had Hell’s Kitchen this weekend really disappointed tbh . Maybe it was just me but the worst meal I’ve ever had. I’m not a picky eater and really never complain even if it’s not the best but this I couldn’t eat .
PLEASE LEAN TO USE CUTLERY
Please “LEAN” to type English and also not use ALL CAPS…
@ShowMeVegas predictive text didn't work, similar to your hands apparently.....x
@@robertbacon7731 you’re a gem. So glad you stopped by! Thanks for the engagement!
@@ShowMeVegas believe me, it was only a passing visit.....
@@robertbacon7731 thank goodness!
good food but pricey
Definitely pricey, especially Ramsay’s over at Harrah’s. That was a rip off. Thanks for watching!
Learn how to use a knife and fork. I think the beef is already dead. Lol
Thanks for your helpful comment. I’m taking fork and knife lessons, but there still some learning to do. Maybe while I do that you can learn how to not be a jerk?
FHK
Sad people continue to except being ripped off.
Sad people continue to confuse ‘except’ with ‘accept.’ 😂
He’ll no! Overrated.
Alright then. Thanks for watching.
You probably can’t afford it
