Sadly my backache has been getting worse🤯
So I spent the last month trying to figure out what could I do to make it better.
I decided to invest in an ergonomic chair 🪑 and bought a few accessories to change my posture while I play.
The problem is still not solved 100% but I will do everything in my power to continue playing the guitar 🎸
