    We are so honored that our band Amen Graves was featured on BangerTV and that the "I.OMEN " EP was highly rated by Daniel Dekay 🤘 This means so much to us, we worked so hard on this ep and we are continuing to write more songs for you guys ! Thank you for the awesome review 🤘

  • @sergeslave
    @sergeslave Před 2 lety +18

    We are absolutely humbled by your review and the 4.75 rating of our EP, the fallen!
    Would like to point out a quick note on the lyrical theme of our band Aramaic, we predominantly write about myths, mythologies and historical events that surround the Aramean, Assyrian and some Babylonian folklore & legends about diaties like Ishatr, Gilgamesh innana & Marduk and so on.
    No social, religious or even any political connotations have been considered while writing the lyrics; we try to stay far away from that.
    All the members ate from the Levent region hence the name. It made sense for what we are trying to present as a theme, image, direction & music.

      @@elliesanders5525 yes this happens quite alot in male dominant scenes like the metal scene and the gaming scene. In the beginning we would never really show our vocalist identity just so we can be judged based on our music and I think so far people are doing just that. Fine presentation, Daniel. Good choices and solidly backed up by your commentary. You inspired me to check out the links and look into the discographies of the bands you mentioned. I wish you had put the name of the one shout out from Magali (spelling? sorry if messed up) None of the album cover images has any way for me to hope to hunt down that band. And even though you didn't provide a Bandcamp link above, I was able to find two Bandcamp pages for EIRIK. So that was cool. Still, a fine video and great job. May peace and prosperity be on you and all those you hold dear.

    Coming from that region I feel every word that musicians and fans utter. Metal is freedom, rebellion and relief and the later two make more sense in the suppressive Middle East. And I think that the cultural shift is unstoppable but takes an exhaustibly long time! Nervecell , man brings back memories; listen to their instrumental: " Taste of Betrayal", it's pretty solid!

    The audio clips of these bands sound solid. Aramaic was probably the band I vibed with the most, however there was a vibe with the others just not as strong as with Aramaic. With talent like these bands but being from other countries, hopefully what they do locally is awakens the middle eastern fan to create more metal to be shared with the rest of the world, but with more native roots to get to the foundation of a more pure sounding scene from the middle east.
