Beef meatballs in onion sauce - an unconventional but different and easy recipe.
Products - for the meatballs:
- 80 g dry bread
- 1 onion
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp. yoghurt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 ml of cooking oil
- flour
For the sauce:
- 3 large onions
- 50 ml of cooking oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 50 ml of white wine
- 1 tsp salt
