Punishment is for crime done by each person in team. Criminals work with knowledge of Law's against the crime they do in run of life. They (each criminal) have in mind "in case I am caught I will be jailed i.e., not death", so I complete my jail term to lead my life with the money I robbed & buried etc ........further it goes on and on. In this case criminals do not posses robbed money. Hence criminals after jail term are leading low quality life unless they managed to fool a beautiful rich lady to be associated for life.
Right? Thats why we have degrees to the murder charge.
This was almost a perfect crime. Kudos to all the people who worked so professionally to catch them all. I have a feeling that such professionalism no longer exists in most US institutions.

What strikes me about this case that's different than many others, fictional or not is that the individuals often claim that they didn't intend for anyone to get killed. One of the main reasons why criminals get caught committing their crimes is because they don't follow traffic laws. In this particular case the first witness notices the white van flying down the road with the red pick up nearly in tow behind it. Granted that I would NEVER break the law such as these criminals did. Yet had I been a driver in that situation there's NO WAY that I'd pass through an intersection as fast as these fools did.
This wasn't the witness who pounded the last nail in the convict's coffin but it is certainly the one that got the investigator's attention and showed them the proper avenues to pursue.
...and don't forget one of them bragging to his ex-girlfriend about the robbery/homicide! those white guys were geniuses. =)
Lots of drug arrests are made through routine traffic stops. I guess if you're going to commit serious felonies using a vehicle make sure to obey traffic laws.
I will never question hypnosis again. Dude went from remembering an odd part of his day to giving every piece of information that ultimately led to the arrests
Yeah but could they make him think he was a chicken?
Not hipknosis... it's getting the person relaxed...same dentist same surgery...
Hypnosis is at best bullshit and at worst an avenue for a miscarriage of justice. Countless witness statements under hypnosis have been proven false and many innocent people were hurt by false claims made under hypnosis. People have claimed to be witnesses to events that happened thousands of miles away from where they were at the time and false memories of abuse have been "recovered" from people simply by asking slightly leading questions.
It should take a lot more than one vague documentary about a guy possibly remembering something better when potentially under hypnosis to form an opinion on something. Mountains of evidence prove that hypnosis is not reliable.

Ironic indeed
First thing they think is the driver is in on it, in this case not only he was an honest person but he was already dead for making the mistake of opening the door while smoking,
It wasn’t a mistake.
He intentionally broke a MAJOR rule. That’s not a mistake. It’s arrogance.
He was silly. The company had provided them with a van so protected, even the FBI could not get into it. It was for his protection, so opening the door was a stupid decision, and he did it repeatedly according to this programme, so it was not just one lapse of judgement.
Timothy Ring's death sentence was overturned because the US Supreme Court determined his sixth amendment rights were violated when the trial judge and not the jury was allowed to find aggravating circumstances in his penalty phase. He was later resentenced to life without parole where he remains to this day.
William Ferguson was released in 2013. James Greenham does not show up in the inmate search so he may have since been released as well.

Now there are still a lot of danger but people are more self aware and cautious.
This is a great show.
The US Supreme Court overturned Timothy Stuart Ring's death sentence to life in prison without possibility of parole after a lengthy court battle in 2002!
The ded guy didnt get a chance to fight battles!
Why? he is a rotten mean person.
The other two are out or soon to be out. They should have had the key thrown away, too.
Im retired law enforcement & military.....some of the worst criminals i have seen, were cops....
It isn't Easy on any front!
A few of the worst I have seen, weren’t...
Uh huh..
Don't confess in the comments
The crime went almost perfect.
far from it, did you even watch this program?!
@@michaelanderson7715well it did until they opened there mouth to his girlfriend
These videos are sooo well made. I really cant understand why all the high amount of dislikes on all of them.. KGB? lol
No one's gonna talk about the fact that the witness was put under hypnosis as an actual method?
I’d be like no way fool. That’s how innocent people get thrown in jail.
I had a vision that the victim of “insert crime here” is somewhere by water and I also see three of something.
I’d love to be a forensic hypnotist, what an amazing amazing job!!
Forensic hypnotist for the FBI no doubt. If ever there was a niche job, that guy has it
The real problem with hipnotism is that it is considered a spiritual crime.
It links both intervinients and the hipnotist will have to compensate for the time the hipnotized was "out" of the normal living.
They will mess with each others's spiritual way, and that's the kind of karma I wouldn't recomend to anyone.
If confronted in a situation of you being hipnotized, say NO. That will save you from BIG troubles.
Money is not the root of all evil, but the love of money is!
nice catch, I said that too immediatley after hearing it..
No, it's NOT. It's the LACK of money.

People associate with wealth tend to have more problems than people without. Lawsuits, high wages of alimony for your significant other, child support, family that looks at you like a meal ticket, strangers, scams, the investment people, people who wanna rob or kill you because they can't take no for answer, or just people wanna rob you, the beggars, risk vs reward if u wanna start a business, philanthropy etc....those are just a few...been there, done that!
@@Rdj00100 that's half the truth.
True, money makes life comfortable
Dang, that show interrupted my commercials.

If my boyfriend asked me what I'd say or do if he told me he'd robbed an armored van and suddenly had lots of money, I'd break up with him.
Me too! I love my family and freedom too much 💛
Yeah... what an idiot. That’s not the way to come ho e after work... “ honey I’m home”. Guess what
I wish even uncracked cases could be documented too. Much time and resources are invested in those cases though they turned up empty.
The actual quote is "The LOVE of money is the root of all evil." It didn't say money was evil.
Excellent documentary very well done ✓
"The love of money, is the root of all evil"
1 Timothy 6:10 - why is that always misquoted?
the putrid bible contains, and is, evil itself...
"How blessed will be the one who grabs your babies and smashes them on a rock!" Psalms 137:9
I''m not sure, but evil existed before money. If you remember the story of Cain and Abel, there was no money then. The way I would interpret it is that greed is the root of all evil.

Some girlfriend that guy had she betrayed the hell out of him !
That girlfriend is a good person. Not tolerate bad deeds
if she knew his criminal ways from the get go, yes, it was a betrayal. she probably didn't. then it was the right thing to do.
@@istvansipos9940 Yes now that i think about it i believe she did the right thing because i forgot their was a murder involved of the armored car driver so that murder would've been on her conscious for the rest of her life a very tough decision for her to make !
@@istvansipos9940 It was the right thing to expose his crimes either way.
They said the guy had little to no money most of the time. What sane beautiful and eligible woman would want to continue to date this low life. When she recognized his caricature on TV she probably thought that this was her golden opportunity to get rid of him forever.
That’s how most of these guys get caught. They pull something like this off then brag or say something to someone
Can not believe Hollywood never made this into a movie.
The driver should have never opened his door to have a smoke, an armoured van is only 'impenetrable' if the door is kept closed...
Without that smoke he won't get fresh air.lol
As you see ...cigarettes kill...
No shit Einstein
That was exactly what drew this van the unwanted attention
Mark Mitchell, Why would the Armored car driver be so irresponsible (he brought it on himself). Geez!
@@elainevankat5353 .....the driver is indeed irresponsible but if that is a permit to kill.....I think not even 5% of the humanity will survive..
