Nintendo made a little nod to it in Ken reveal trailer, they even included his super. This however was not it. Not even close, he just parried a few hits, thats the only similarity really, lets not insult Evo moment 37 with minor play.

Can't Nerf a perfect sheild . What did they do to it cause that takes skill
@@michaelmayers3622 They increased the time it takes to put up a shield after a parry, and also made it so that most melee multi hits will only be parried once. Combined this makes parrying a very bad option against melee multi hits.
