I plan on grafting some apple varieties on a new apple tree I planted out back. It's better then having to plant another apple to cross-pollinate.

Mr. C, do you ever allow the suckers to grow to start new rootstock trees that can be removed from the parent and used elsewhere via Air layering technique?

What about multi graft avocado? I don't have enough space for 2 trees, what you think is better, a Hass and aim for self pollinating, or should I graft a fuerte? Both taste great and because is for self consumption I prefer a bigger yield across the year than a lot of Hass for only 4 months

I don't see why it won't work? Tree A doesn't share genetic of tree B, he even don't know B is there.

Not sure if you still read these comments but I need some advice, if possible. I purchased a bonfire patio peach tree. I planted her in the ground and noted a much bigger, different variety of peach tree is growing with her. I'm assuming it somehow hitched a ride or grew off her graft? It is about 6 feet tall now, and the bonfire is maybe two feet tall. I was wondering if there is a way to separate them without killing one (or both!) of them. I don't mind having the larger peach tree - but I'm afraid it will take the energy/water/etc from it's much smaller bonfire friend. Thank you in advance.

Hello Putin 👋 IV Organic 3-in-1 Plant Guard in the ‘brush-on’ application is best method to control peach tree borers which works in 2 ways: oils that repel the pests & diatomaceous earth which are in the base ingredients.

Answer: EVERYTHING (really!) However, I’m making better choices, eating more plants each day with each passing year- as it is getting harder & harder to just keep eating EVERYTHING without gaining the pounds! 🤣 Also, with COVID soon behind us, and my gym reopening, swimming is my #1 all-in-one workout! 🏊‍♂️
Hope your having a good growing season!

Need to start swimming again too. At least take some walks in the evenings. Gotta get back to my low calorie diet and just watch everything I eat. 👍🏼🤷🏼‍♂️
