The one two punch of Mullet MadJack into Selaco is nuts. We're spoiled with indie games this month. Congrats on having your work tied to such a good game!
I've been told epileptic fits are more easily caused by CRT displays for some reason, probably persistence of vision, you can also close one eye to prevent them apparently.
They did a remix of "Upgrades" for a pretty cool section of game. The original version is playing during the start of this video! (After the disclaimer).
@@ICARUSLIV3S Wait. Excuse me good sir. Do you mean to tell me that the fucking amazing into track you've been using for all those years on your videos (until you changed) was in fact MADE BY YOU? Applaud this man.
Wow Icarus! That banger of a song was created by you!? I had no clue you made music! Man of many talents! How cool to have your music featured in Mullet MadJack! Awesome review of this. Been looking forward to it. As always Icarus you are da man!
That locked in meme reference totally caught me by surprise because I've been giving the anime that came from a re-watch and only just got through that scene a few days ago. It's a good series for anybody that can enjoy anime. It's called Parasyte the Maxim.
Congrats for your efforts in this game. Unfortunately, I don't know if I can play this game due to my less than ideal mental reflexes and sensory issues. It's unlikely that this game can be adjusted for those who have photosensitivity or epilepsy issues as they'd defeat the style the game is going for, which is a deliberate sensory overload. But regardless, it's a very neat project.
i bought played and beat this game heard the music and thought wait a minute this song sounds familiar and in the credits saw you in it qnd was like OH YEAH THATS WHAT THAT MELODY IS FROM HELL YEAH ICARUS
For some reason it looks very blurry on my PC, I think it's bad AA bad i can't disable it even trouth drivers. Everything that is not up close looks like i forgot my glasses
@@TheTwinkelminkelson Spinning a shotgun for reloading comes from terminator 2 where Arnie was spinning a very specific sawn-off lever action shotgun model. It was cool because you could actually do it. But here this doesn't make any sense.
Gotta be honest, its a lot easier to get into than Post Void, visually and the way it plays. Plus it has a "traditional" mode where the timer is turned off, if its too intense. So, maybe trying the demo could change your mind
As someone with ADHD, no. I can't focus on the game at all. I haven't tried it because it is too much. So, maybe, yeah, if regular people can't focus on things in the game either.
I didn't super-enjoy this game. Turned the demo off after ten or so minutes. Doesn't at all fit my idea of a first person shooter by my own PC. Much like I wouldn't enjoy Half-Life in an Arcade hall. Tell you what though: if someone were to put this in an Arcade Cabinet it'd probably be my favourite Arcade.
POSTVOID!! THATS IT. I've seen a few people talk about Mullet Mad Jack and got confused because I know I've seen this game before. and it's because it's basically just Postvoid. which I have absolutely seen people review.

ty u for your comment found out that selaco will come out soon
Mullet Mad Jack is the only game i can think of where an epilepsy warning isn't for a a few moments, but for general gameplay.

say hello to Hyper Demon!

the reflection of your eyes in the katana is such a cool touch, among thousands of cool touches.

@@shingshongshamalama He did mention once a while back someone tried to DMCA him because of that song, and that it was silly, because he wrote it.

So wait, was that dramatic rock song in the intro of Hideuous Destructor Redemption Arc also by you????
@@ICARUSLIV3S Bro give us your soundcloud. Your intro is awesome.
The big boxes of PC games were so much fun. Like a box of cereal. It was always fun to find out what stuff they put inside the boxes.
I miss the significant manuals full of lore.
He is free from Choose Your Own Class!
Is that a game?

All I have to say is once I saw the trailer for this game, I immediately knew I was gonna love it. Played it and, of course, loved it.

How does this game not have a scoring system? Unbelievable lol. Would add so much replayability.
This video was amusingly hard to watch because I kept getting distracted by all the flashy stuff happening on-screen, lol.
IcarusOSTs channel when?
There is a bandcamp linked in the video description!
Your music was amazing to work on my friend! So glad we got this masterpiece inside the game. Happy you enjoyed the game and the music! Much love!

Literally this. I didn't start progressing until I realized this isn't the kind of game to stroll through 😅
Love the Cowboy Bebop vibes, thanks for the upload!
You did a phenomenal job, thank you for contributing to this masterpiece 💚
Played this, beat the story mode. Can't wait to go endless mode on twitch when I get my virtual avatar ready for it.
I loved the demo of the game. Can't wait to play it later.
2:34 there is one more
but its hidden.
Remember to check the game manual.
you know icarus... i fucking knew your music was in the game when a heard that familiar end credits tune from your old videos.
Looked fun, but man that price tag. Gonna have to wait for a sale.
My abdute favorite big box was Duke Nukem 3d Atomic Edition.
Wait you compose music????
Since when????

I'm gonna be honest... I didn't even realize you make music..! Where can I check it out..?

Why is he spinning a pump action shotgun
Why not?
'Cause it's cool.

It's awesome
Because he can, and cause as mentioned in a previous comment - Terminator Reference.
Man I just saw some gameplay on it and I think it really needs to tighten up on the gameplay design. Still, nothing quite like it.
Hey. That's the one song. It used to be your ending song! Or am I remembering wrong?
way too busy for my eyeballs

Personally it gave me abdominal pain.
is this what having adhd feels like? Not to be rude or anything, no, far from it

So, maybe, yeah, if regular people can't focus on things in the game either.
As someone on the spectrum from brain damage, I can say it feels like constantly being mentally assaulted. So kinda. The game kinda is ADHD SIM
This is what TV does to me on a regular basis and why I had to stop watching it
