- Hunting big water after the coldest weather of the season. We had a push of some fresh divers. Canvasbacks, goldeneye, and scaup.

I have yet to shoot my prime drake goldeneye hopfully this year. Great video!
It’s been a few seasons since I’ve killed a nice drake. We’ve been getting a lot of young birds last few years. They are beautiful birds.

What lake is this? I also hunt around north Alabama. Mostly on wheeler. Don’t see too many golden eyes.
This hunt was on pickwick.
Man I hate I couldn’t go but the one time this year.
That one was more like a mud hike than a duck hunt.
