Horizon 3 really has so many amazing smaller details that added to the immersion in all cars views from paddle shifters actually moving to the character being slightly lit up at night due to the lights on the dashboard . Even the character pulling up the handbrake , that animation no longer exists. I’d say even the story mode and the way the festival idea is set up is still one of the best
And i can't make it run from Microsoft store on my computer :( don't know where to set compatibility or something, it crashes on while loading).

@@r.a.m6211 when you play the franchise constantly, it’s worth buying the new one just for the graphic/physic improvement. It’s an open world driving game how much can it really change each time. Change too much and you loose your core fanbase

@@r.a.m6211 maybe not to you. $80 isn’t a whole lot to pay for some people. Again how much should it change? What would you want to see change? Aside from the map changing, it already has what it needs.. cars and race modes. There are so many cars in the world no shit you see the same ones in each game that are worth driving.
Let me say it differently I guess. when I PERSONALLY play the franchise constantly, it’s worth it TO ME to buy the new one just for the graphic/physic improvements when I don’t PERSONALLY feel like it needs much more

@@xeric1953 i want to see a drastic change in visuals, physics, simulation, car sounds, world design, ai, car models, and additional vinyl customisation for cars, extra upgrade features, new and varied events, etc...etc...
Forza 5 has at best, a new weather simulation, which is the sandstorm, and it's not even a simulation it's just a bunch of dust.
It should be a completely new game, if it's not, then don't make it in the first place, or atleast don't charge fkin 80 bucks/70 bucks for it. Forza 5 should be $30 at best.

The graphics in FH5 are WAY better. Although, I like the scenery in FH4 a LOT more. Plus FH5 doesn't really have a winter season. It looks the same as every other season, just with no rain, snow, or.... anything. Just plain sand...

Played em all with plenty of hours in each and imo fh3 is the best. I have short attention span but fh3 keeps me in because of the immersion you get from every little detail

Yeah they tried too hard to make shadows and environment look better in fh5, I personally liked h4 car models too

I prefer the car sounds of FH4. Not as realistic but just tougher sounding. Plus, I like the classical music station better on FH4.

Honestly, Didn't notice how much Horizon 3 had modeling of the vehicles much more finely toned vs the others. Much clearer and cleaner look, A more poly. Less jagged edges.

The water splashing kinda looks the best in FH3. FH5 wins in the lighting department by far though especially with the volumetric effects

Horizon 5 looks more realistic, but boring, Horizon 3 with its exaggerated lighting looks beautiful and i prefer it.

@Baby I’m a little late but either 3 or 5, 4 is literally an unfinished game. It’s still good, but every aspect of it just feels a little off. For me, the best one has always been fh3. And you can play it offline or online btw.

On my RTX2070, environment texture in FH3 looks way better than FH5

In FH3, the cars look like plastic

5s graphics are a tad better (not much though, FH suffers from the CoD syndrom as well), but the map is lifeless and the game gets stale fast. 3 is the best imo, by far.
