Here gamers I go over the best 2 weapons to use early game if you want to absolutely destroy your foes from range or up close and then go into a little beginner build guide to help you out.
Remember the weapons you deem are best are down to personal preference but these really help you out to progress through the game easier if you want to try them out first.

the stats here are an example if you are getting later into the game grab some HP from somewhere to allow for any errors especially if on the highest difficulty👍

I personally found the combination of staff for dmg and the daggers for mobillity best as you dont really need a second dps sopurce from staff but being able to jump for miles with the dagger special move is nice

I love that combo too daggers r great for low range i even tried dragger and bracelet i go with atk combo of 2x dagger and then 1x bracelet for maximum mobility but love the staff a lil more than bracelets

If you are using the staff, you should be spending points on ARKANE, not basic attack.

Not early game you wouldn't later on you will invest in it for more skill use ..early game atk is much much more useful for that and your bracers

Arcane only increases skill damage. Your basic attacks which you’ll be using the most, are still scaled off Atk

Skill damage should be pushed up alongside your basic atk power because of the minion you can summon with this build. Even if it is early game. it does quite a bit more damage even at 10 points invested into your magic stat.

Staff + Spear is all you need for a mage ... for the dumb Melee guys who rush you mid cast, you just hit the Technique button for the spear, parry, hit the corresponding button for the spear attack and you basically 1-shot anything that's not a boss.
Max out the Staff>Spear, upgrade Fire element>Ice>Lightning>Arcane.
The Gauntlets are 'nice' during the first 10-15 levels of the game, but if you're used to Elden Ring, these guys all attack in slow-motion, so you really don't need to setup the trap bombs.

Just started out. Been using daggers and hammer, but I’m gonna switch to staff and spear. Sounds cool to me… I did upgrade daggers and hammer twice, so i hope I have enough materials
