Food Free hai ya Extra cost dena parta hai
Food is free in Starlight and Food Court where you have all you can eat buffet. But if you are dining in Chopstix restaurant then you have to pay extra as per whatever you eat.
For filling the cards with money can indian rupee used in cash form?
Yes
Indian money is only used to fill your key cards
You can pay in cash or use your credit/debit cards
Whatever you pay in rupees is converted to USD as per the exchange rate
Whenever you buy anything on the cruise, charges will be taken in USD.

This cruise ship travels in the international waters due to which international standards are applied
That is the reason why Indian currency is not used for buying anything on the ship
Though Indian Rupee is used when you have to fill your cruise cards while boarding
