I built the regilar issue of this Pinto kit, and painted it to resemble my late sister's first car, a brand new1976 Pinto Dad bought her in 1976. Different grill, but it's the closest I could come.

My sister's 1976 Pinto was a decent car. She took it in for the "recall repair" when notified. That repair? A little plastic shield between the gas tank and the exhaust pipe. Later it got totalled, she was T-boned! No, it didn't blow up. 😅
