Spincoating Perovskites for Solar Cells

This is the first of three videos depicting lab-scale perovskite solar cell fabrication and characterization at the University of Washington. We introduce spincoating, a deposition technique used to fabricate thin films from solution. Then, we spincoat a perovskite thin film from a precursor solution inside of a glovebox housed at the University of Washington's Research Training Testbed (RTT).
