    I am a strong swimmer but have recently started doing deep aqua classes without the belt. Cannot believe how fast I am toning up and losing weight. Amazing

    Pooja, I like your videos a lot but it would really help if you gave us some indication of reps or duration for each exercise. I see others requesting this too. I think it would really add to the good work you are doing.

      Hey go by how you feel . Start with less reps or time like 2 min or 30 reps 3 sets and build from there

    Thank you for the exercise post, 4.5 months ago I broke my wrist and cannot do gym workouts. I need to strengthen my wrist and hand and have invested in a pair of these dumbbells size medium. I have been doing aqua for the last few weeks and wear gloves to increase the resistance to help my hand. Any advice you can give me would be very much appreciated Pooja. Your classes look amazing.

      It's great that you've chosen Aqua to heal recover and strengthen . With the Dumbbells and the gloves you could do curls , triceps dips for larger muscle group of arm and forearm curls for the forearm . Wish you a speedy recovery .

    Want to go for aqua aerobic class as I'm a diabetic and also had a ligament injury in knee long time ago & so can not walk or cycle too much to burn my sugars. I'm doing yoga daily. Can I go for aqua class? Can kidney patient go for it? Please let me know, thanks.

    Love the ideas and really love aquatic exercise but having some trouble with dealing with chlorine. I am wondering if there are ways to combat chlorine absorption that happens through the skin? Any ideas?

      they make a vitamin C spray which nutualizes the clorine I make my own spray it is cheaper

    Hi, thanks for sharing such a wonderful workout video.. but u said we are gonna work on love handles and flabby part of the arms.. Do you really think spot reduction is possible?

      Thank you for your question , spot reduction is not possible , targeting specific muscle groups tones them well and builds muscle . If along with these workouts Nutrition is monitored , you will also achieve weight loss .

      o great!! i really appreciates you for reverting me. but I think we cannot tone that flabby body part with excise. because flabby part is only and only fat. As renowned body builder Arnold says "if it jiggles it's fat". and we cannot train fat. Right :) please correct me if i am wrong anywhere.

      +Nishant Sedha yes fat will never tone , but muscle will and every one has muscles at the arms , once you tone them and strengthen them the body on that particular part looks leaner
