The game's story is actually ripping off A Goofy Movie.
Aside from a couple of the extra exploitable realms being disappointingly empty and the game having too many reskinned mini bosses, it’s a masterpiece. Loved every minute of it.

I still have faith in them since the trailer alone looks like they really built upon most of the current systems instead of big changes, so with all that work done, more can be put onto the enemies/mini bosses/bosses.

I think the fast travel system is actually incredibly innovative. I thought the same as you at first, but then I realized that the whole world between worlds is just the replacement for a loading screen, which is awesome
Its meh for me, i wouldve really liked it if mimir actually had more than 5 stories, i'd rather just see a loading screen than walk forward for 8 hours, and theres nothing to explore there either

I read up the lore for Ragnarok just for the game, and I gotta say, I’m excited to see how they’ll tie in Kratos and Atreus into that rollercoaster of chaotic war
People love to roast knack but I unironivally bought a ps4 for it because I tried the demo at best buy when I was 6. It was right at the ps4 launch and it was the first game i'd played aside from super mario galaxy 1/2, wii sports, and mario kart wii. It looked graphically amazing. It was garbage, but my dad got lego marvel superheroes too so I was happy.
I don't believe he thinks it's the best game ever, but I think he gets a guilty pleasure out of it. Besides, his favourite game is SUPAH MARIO BROTHERS 2 CAN WE GET A ROUND OF APPLAUSE EVERYBODY

If we consider the last boss a culmination of all the combat you've learned, the Golems and Ogres contributed nearly nothing to preparing for it, and certainly nothing for Valkryies.
