ANSWER : Mochikomi refers to a bonsai that has been a bonsai for a long time and has settled into its bonsai form. For example a tree that exhibits mochikomi will have mature bark covering all of its branches, there wont be any juvenile branches on the tree. Mochikomi is a hard concept to describe but when you see a tree that truly exhibits mochikomi you will know.
