The late Colonel Wendelle C. Stevens, along with the late Colonel Robert Dean, produced the 1st International UFO Congress in May of 1991. For the first time, Researchers and Investigators, Experiences and the curious gathered in Tucson, AZ. for a week long event presenting information about UFO cases from around the world.
