Thanks for your honesty in making everyone aware of some of the issues while adding parts to this truck! Great video and your truck looks awesome with the gray/black color scheme. RC4WD has wagon wheels w/ 6 lugs that sit out a bit from the body. I used those as l added Beef Patties. Great video!

Matt from Scale Builders Guild used the Gelande II shock hoops and the worked out good. I've been on the fence about gettin a C2X but after watching yours and Matt's videos i think I've decided to pull the trigger on one,.

Thanks for this. I have the C2X as well as the light kit, and the first thing that I thought was "how in the hell am I supposed to take the body off once it's wired?"
I went the same direction that you did, I decided to create a separate harness for the chassis lights, such as taillights, front bumper lights, and rollbar lights, and then the body lights like the headlights and markers. Seeing how you routed them is very helpful.

Good deal. Glad it was helpful! Thanks for tuning in.

The lower stance really sets it off. I can't wait to see it in action. Now I have to finish my Gmade Buffalo chassis so I can check my clearances.

Yeah it really does! Those clearances can be a real bitch… or they were on this at least. Those Buffalos are pretty sweet… if I didn’t already have a K5, I would have that.

I have both the k5 and the pickup bodies. I bought the k5 for a trx4 build but when they came out with the pickup, I had to get the kit

The wheels seem to touch the shocks. That kinda worries me if I were to do to my C2X

Yeah, as you saw, I basically went back to having to run them vertically because of that in the front. The rears are legit though!
