Cayenne powder, To Taste (Optional)

½ Grapefruit (sub for orange)
2 sticks, Celery
1 tbsp, Aloe Vera
1 tbsp, Almond Butter

1 Banana
1 Apple

do you nurse these all day or drink the entire jar. I've had a few surgeries in the last year and put on about 30lbls. Currently I had face surgery two weeks ago so exercising has been a real problem. I would recommend you to wash your dates before using them. They are only dried fruits, yes! but also treated badly with several chemicals to prevent being eaten of any bugs.
Of course, I washed everything before filming the video😉

I’m going to try smoothies for a month, I never eat breakfast so it’ll be just lunch and dinner along with my normal exercise routine, I wonder how much I’ll drop in a month 😁
This is good. However, I noticed some of these smoothies are far too complicated, meaning, they have too many ingredients. I like to keep my smoothies and vegetable juices down to 3 ingredients max. But thanks for the video.

Because smoothies are already partly digested (blended) you absorb a lot more nutrients than a a solid meal. This means you can actually put on weight doing this. You are however, getting in more fruit and veg, and smoothies are a great way to add in superfoods

Maybe these smoothies would work if you break it down for 2-3 snacks throughout the day, not a smothie to make for every meal replacement. Or save some for the next day.
