The new wind power model takes up little space to catch the wind, has high performance, and is great. Thank you for sharing
The worst part about these VAWTs is they are typically grossly overpriced for what you will actually get out of it. Sadly you will likely never get a payback on these. We need to get designs like this down to a $1 a watt on the high side. My 400w HAWT costs about that much and realistically I see 100w out of it most of the time. I'm happy with that and it's inline with what I would expect to pay.
I wish you would explain how these spinning fins turn wind into electricity. Then I may consider checking into this

The math for this is simple, you can’t breaks the laws of physics, 50% max efficiency at 2.5kW per m2 of blade area

Listen starting at 3:30 and examine the math around the estimated payback. Hang on! How does a $1,400 savings annually on electricity cost per year, payback $35,000 cost in 7 years?

And if there is no wind? Daylight is guaranteed, wind is not.
