This recipes can make 12 pieces of Lotus pastry cake
🍰Ingredients
1. Filling：
* 2pcs Egg Yolk (32g+-)
* 24g Powdered Sugar 10tsp
* 60g Shredded Coconut 12tbsp
* 24g Unsalted Butter 5tsp
2. Water-oil Dough：
* 1 Drop Pink Food Coloring
* 48g Water 3tbsp+1/2tsp
* 120g Cake flour 3/4cup+2tbsp+2tsp
* 12g Sugar 1tbsp
* 12g Lard （You can also replace it with an equal amount of butter）
3. Pastry Dough：
* 78g Cake flour 1/2cup+1.6tbsp
* 42g Lard （You can also replace it with an equal amount of butter）
Oil Temperature 120-140°C
