Since you said something about ideal kothimbir vadi. Let me tell you that the ideal and the authentic kothimbir needs to be more of the kothimbir and less besan and the one we get in the stores are totally opposite of it.

Apart from "vada-usal" you could also try "dhokla(yellow) with usal" as it also tastes great when eaten with usal.You could even parcel if not getting these two things at the same shop.I myself had tried it.

The best kothimbir wadi i have eaten was at a shop outside ghatkopar station. They had best kothimbir wadi. I dont remember the nsme but it us next to bharat cafe.
Please continue to cover more western stations like Kandivali etc. And also try to mention the price and the name of the dish just like you did in today's video for upcoming videos aswell
